War-dated Quebec Conference general pass, signed “H. H. Arnold,” 4.5 x 2.75, 1943. General Pass for the 1943 Quebec Conference issued to Arnold, signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Arnold, and also bearing a stamped signature of RCMP Commissioner S. T. Wood. Reverse bears a Herbert H. Smellie, Security Officer stamp. Scattered light toning and soiling, and some ink marks to left side, otherwise fine condition.
